What does your company do?
Meshingun is an outsourcing studio for game/movie productions. Our core team with several years of experience in AAA projects such as Gears of War 4 and 5 Need For Speed and Godfall has gathered all the knowledge and expertise to set the bar high and bring superb quality to your fingertips. Our area of technical proficiency is mostly focused on Unreal Engine 4/5, and our cooperative talented artists and developers give us the flexibility to adapt and work with different engines for any type of project. The possession of professional specialists and effective communication are our core strengths. We provide services in 3D, 2D, environment creation, character modeling, shaders, texturing, and more.
Where is your company located?
We are a Canadian cooperation and our headquarters is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our team consist of talented artists from Poland, Russia, France, US and many other countries across the globe.

Unreal Engine & Unity
We provide Tool and Blueprint development, Level Design, Shader development, Lighting and Mood creation, Optimization, and more in Unreal Engine 4 / Unreal Engine 5 & Unity.
Asset Creation
Low/high res asset creation such as architectural, hero assets, props, organic and hard-surface, PBR texturing, tile and trim sheets solutions and more.
Game Ready Environment
Full development of environment with proper optimization regarding assets, LODs, lightmaps and etc ready to be used in your game.
Environment for Movie Production
Creation of high-quality and high-detailed assets for the purpose of movie production, VR/AR, advertisement and etc.
NFT and Metaverse Projects
Full development of 3D procedurally generated environments with attribute customization and highest render quality outputs.

What are the benefits of your freelance packages?
We offer 3 freelance packages which are designed in a way to fulfil different production budgets and needs. Depending on the scale and budget of your project you can select one of these packages.

Where do you publish your products?
Our main focus is Unreal Engine's marketplace and majority of our products are published there as well. We have 3 different UE marketplaces specified to each categories of Environment Assets, Tools, and All-in-One Shaders.

I have purchased one of your Unreal Engine products, How do I get started?
If the pack you have purchased contain complicated installation process, blueprints, materials, or any other asset that require specific guideline, you will find a link to the pack's documentation under product's description page. However, if you did not find a documentation under product's page, we have created a installation guide which will apply to majority of our asset packs. You can download it from here:

I have faced a problem with one of your products, what should I do?
If you have faced any issue with installation of packs, opening and modifying assets or any technical difficulty, contact our support team from Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your Unreal Engine's products refund policy?
Unreal Engine Products:
We comply with Epic's refund policy. The request for refund should be within 14 days after the transaction was taken place. User must provide convincing evidence such as faulty product, false marketing, technical issue or any other issue which we fail to address alongside their refund request to be considered eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to issue refund for any personal or unrelated issues.
Epic Game will consider the cases below eligible for refund. You can read more regarding their refund policy from here
- Epic is able to confirm that the customer has never downloaded the product
- Epic is able to reproduce a reported technical issue with the content that prevents customers from using a product as advertised with one of its Supported Engine Versions on one of its Supported Platforms
- Any media or descriptive language the seller used to represent the product does not accurately represent the assets and/or functionality of the content being distributed
- Epic receives an email from the seller giving permission to grant the refund for the purchase
- Epic has reason to believe the purchase was fraudulent
- Epic determines in its sole discretion that a refund is warranted given the circumstances
What is your Unity's products refund policy?
We comply with Unity's refund policy. The request for refund should be within 14 days after the transaction was taken place. User must provide convincing evidence such as faulty product, false marketing, technical issue or any other issue which we fail to address alongside their refund request to be considered eligible for a refund. Unity will issue a refund if all the below criteria are met:
- The asset is licensed under a single or multi-entity license.
- The request is submitted within 14 days from the order purchase date.
- The product has not been downloaded.
- Purchased by PayPal or credit card.
- The asset is not part of an upgrade path.
In most cases, if a particular issue is related to a technical or missing feature from our product, we are more than happy to help you fix the issue.

Do you offer internship for new artists?
Yes we do! All you have to do is send your resume/portfolio to us and we will get back to you.
Do you offer entry level positions?
Yes, our offered positions range from internship to junior and to senior levels.
Do you offer part-time positions?
Yes, majority of our available positions are full-time, but you can let us know if you would like to be working as part-time.
Is the working schedule flexible?
Depending on the position you are applying for, we can discuss the arrangements to provide a flexible work schedule to both create a convenient workspace for you and also maximize the efficiency and quality of the result delivered by the team.
Do I need visa?
No. At the moment, our team is working fully-remote and you are not required to relocate in order to join our team.
How do I apply?
Head into our Career to check our available positions. You will select a specific position, read through the required skillsets, enter your personal details and include your resume/portfolio. You can also include a message with your application. We will contact you if any further details were required.
Do I need an interview?
Yes. after the evaluation of your application is completed, we will contact you to schedule an online interview over Zoom or Google Meet.
License
I have purchased your product, where can I use it?
You are allowed to unlimitedly use our 3D assets / tools in your projects such as animations, movies and games for commercial purposes. Any direct resell of our assets (3D models, textures, materials, blueprints and etc.) in other markets is violation of our copyright policy .
